ASSISTANCE TO REFUGEES

Several families in our congregation have come to us from Burundia fleeing the civil war there. Apart from experiencing a growing xenophobia in SA they are also struggling to find employment.

ST LUKE'S HOSPICE

The hospice provides residential, outreach and counselling services to the terminally ill and their families. More and more of their patients are suffering of Aids. Peter Fox, a member of our congregation, supervises the team of spiritual counsellors at hospice. (www.stlukes.co.za/)
