TANGO & RELATIONSHIP WORKSHOPS
Argentine tango is the dance of the people – beautiful and enormously expressive of sensuality and connection. Every step is a negotiation, every move a marriage of three parties – a leader, a follower and the music. Only with the co-operation of all, can the dance flow.
Argentine tango is a metaphor for human relationships. In this course the subtle lessons of one of the most beautiful dances in the world will be translated into useful learning about the give and take of men and women, and the ways relationships need to be nurtured.
We invite you to allow yourself to be carried into a new place on the strains of exquisite tango music, and to see union from a completely new perspective.
Rondebosch United Church brings to you professional facilitator and tango passione, Rosemary Shapiro, who fuses the joy of the dance, and the strength of experiential learning using the metaphor of the tango.
