This cross is located most prominently in the front, centre of our sanctuary.  At about 1.5 meters hight and wide it makes quite an impression.  One of our current traditions is to attach offerings of artwork to the cross.  Often the art has been created by children, to a seasonal theme.

Perhaps someone can help us identify earlier renderings of this very same cross.  i.e. from which church tradition does this square, symmetric cross come?
